Block parties & special events
Neighborhoods may choose to have a block party (shutting down the street to get together); neighborhood association event, or for larger gatherings, a special event. Each have a separate application process. ECNA (Eau Claire Neighborhood Association) also has some block party materials that can be borrowed for your block party, such as games, movie night supplies, canopy, tables, chairs, etc. See Our Page on This HERE
